Cookie Policy

Studystreaks Ltd · Tempo GP · last updated August 2026

This policy explains the small set of cookies and browser storage Tempo GP relies on. We use them only to keep you signed in and to remember a few interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

What we use and why

Tempo GP is a workforce planning tool that holds no patient identifiable data. The only cookies set are those needed to run the authenticated application. Everything else listed here is held in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

Cookies

CookiePurposeTypeExpires
Supabase session cookies (sb-*-auth-token)Keeps you signed in between requests and after a page refresh. Without these you would have to log in again on every action.EssentialUp to 8 days (matching the managed auth provider session), refreshed on use
sidebar_stateRemembers whether the desktop sidebar is open or collapsed.Local storage7 days

These are strictly necessary cookies. The site cannot function as a signed-in application without them, so they are set without asking for consent. They are never used to track you across other websites.

Local storage

Several interface preferences are kept in your browser's local storage rather than as cookies. Local storage stays on your device and is never sent to us in a request. It is not shared with third parties.

ItemPurposeHow to clear
ttgp:currencyRemembers the pricing currency (£, A$, C$, €) you last viewed.Cleared from Settings → Preferences, or by clearing site data.
ttgp:scope (practice switcher)Remembers which practice a multi-team clinician (e.g. a locum) is currently recording against.Cleared by signing out, or from the practice switcher.
Form draft entriesIf a connection drops while you are filling in a day, your in-progress entry is kept locally so nothing is lost.Cleared automatically once the entry is saved, or by clearing site data.
Dismissed banner stampsStops the retention and billing reminders re-appearing on every visit once you have dismissed them.Removed when the relevant notice becomes irrelevant, or by clearing site data.

What we do not use

Managing what is stored

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings — look for "Clear browsing data" or "Site settings" and remove data for tempogp.app. Signing out also ends the session and removes the auth cookies. Clearing local storage will reset the currency shown and the active practice in the practice switcher.

Sub-processors

The strictly necessary auth cookie is set by our managed authentication provider (Supabase) and our edge network (Cloudflare), both of which process data only to deliver this service. No advertising or analytics sub-processor sets a cookie. See the Data Processing Agreement for the full list.
